For Families Facing Difficult Times
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center recognizes the important role that family and loved ones play in a patient's recovery from serious illness or injury. We also realize that families and loved ones need support during difficult times.
The Hospitality Suites at Saint Francis are designed to allow family and loved ones to stay as close as possible to patients who are undergoing serious procedures or who are in critical condition with injuries or illnesses. The hotel-style suites are also open to families of pediatric patients.
There are 12 Hospitality Suites, each with private bathrooms, located on the hospital's fourth floor. The rooms are accessible to people with disabilities, and one room is set up specifically for people who use wheelchairs. Guests are limited to a one-week stay in the Hospitality Suites.
The Hospitality Suites are not staffed in the evening. The suites include a lounge with vending area and free coffee service. During your stay, we ask that the following rules be followed
